Considering the extraordinary situation that our country is experiencing, motivated by the declaration of a pandemic by the World Health Organization due to the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the containment measures already decided by the Portuguese Government and adopted by Portuguese society, which require a concerted collective effort, and considering that we are still in a phase of evolution, and it is not possible to estimate the duration and impacts of this epidemic crisis, the Managing Authority of PO ISE has defined a set of exceptional guidelines for the implementation of operations financed by this OP, aimed at protecting public health and better safeguarding the economic situation of the beneficiaries and recipients involved, with reference to the applicable legislation, as well as the exceptional measures created by Council of Ministers Resolution No 10-A/2020 of 13 March and Resolution No 8/2020 of the Interministerial Coordination Commission for Portugal 2020, of 28 March.
